A Miracle in Progress

Hello tender friends!

So I get excited when people start healing. Some miracles are fast, others take time, but they’re all exciting.

What you’re about to read is a multi-step miracle process.

Remember when Jesus healed the blind man in John 9?

It used to bother me that Jesus spit on the ground to make mud, put the mud on the man’s eyes and then told the man had to go wash in the pool. It seemed so roundabout. I know God is capable of healing simply by willing it, so why not just save time?

Well, 1) God obviously sees time differently than we do. What I see as inefficient is actually God working on my soul. It feels so…slow to me at times. 2) This multi-step process now seems like an encouragement to me. While I did receive a miraculous and instantaneous overnight healing once, it’s nice to have biblical examples of when that doesn’t happen, but people still get their healing. I don’t know how common instantaneous versus step-by-step healing are, but let’s take this one step by step.

Ok, so let’s meet our miracle in progress, my friend Amanda!

Amanda started going into early menopause at age 37. She had weeks’ long menstrual cycles, joint pain and severe water retention. She went to several traditional doctors and received no help.

Then she decided to try cellular-level testing, an amazing technology that actually tests your cells inside your body. This means that the results are completely bio individual, and the machine then produces the *homeopathic remedy that you need to heal.

How does this work?

We all possess a “body-mind” which contains information about our health. This is why muscle-testing, which I have before said I do believe in, works. (Of course, you should beware of charlatans with this therapy as with anything else, as there are always people ready to prey on someone’s misfortune and sell them snake oil. But if you’ve found a doctor you trust, I do advocate for this therapy). This body-mind communicates via muscle testing or via a machine called a Qest Diagnostic (not to be confused with Quest Diagnostics).

The cellular-level testing is painless, performed only by sending a small electric pulse through your body, and connected to a computer which then prints out everything your body-mind “told” the machine. Your body is smart and will prioritize what you need to heal first without any conscious thought on your part.

Let’s get back to Amanda. She did cellular-level testing, got her homeopathic remedy to take home, and noticed results within the first 3 days of taking the homeopathic remedy. She has since lost 30 lbs. from taking the remedy. She also says it resolved her problem with water retention and improved her energy.

But this is what blows my mind the most: Amanda says her cycles have returned to normal. She says she is still in early menopause but that having a normal cycle back is an indicator of her body functioning more as it should.

In addition to producing the homeopathic remedy your body needs, the cellular level testing machine will also provide feedback about other ways to improve your health. For example, in Amanda’s case, cellular level testing revealed that following the blood type diet would benefit her.

I have not specifically tried the blood type diet, as I tend to focus on eating locally and following the GAPS diet as much as possible, since that is what has yielded major healing results for me personally. But I think it’s amazing that Amanda now has an action plan for continued improved health.

Since taking the homeopathy and following the blood type diet have reduced Amanda’s joint pain and muscle tension, she also plans to increase her daily movement as part of her wellness journey. She has multiple steps to follow…just like the blind man in John.

Amanda is feeling hopeful after initially visiting doctors who didn’t help. This is an important point to consider in healing- I think it’s important not to give up if you don’t find the right doctor right away. It’s important to persist and pray until you find the person that God sent to help you.

Amanda says, “The message I would share is educate yourself. With lifestyle changes, dietary changes and holistic medicine there is so much hope out there for healing. True healing. Lasting healing. The changes can be hard. They can take time but they are worth it.”

Thank you, Amanda, for sharing your hope with us! I can’t wait to see how you continue to heal!

*If you don’t use homeopathy, it is the use of highly diluted naturally occurring substances that trigger an immune response to help your body clear offending pathogens/toxins quickly. If there’s interest in learning more about this, I can write another post about it, as we use homeopathy frequently in our house. (I have saved myself a ton of doctor’s visits by using it, including when my friends’ kids literally went to the ER for something we treated easily at home). Please leave any questions in the comments if you’re curious to know more, and I’ll be sure to incorporate answers into a future post if there’s interest.

Thank you for stopping by, friends, and I’ll see you Thursday with a post about the wonders of vinegar for healing. Next week I’m planning on sharing more stories about God’s provision for our family and what my mom’s holistic treatment to beat clear-cell ovarian cancer was.

Thank you for sharing!

On the topic of time, it took three years to get an answer to my prayers for a job after being laid off in 2009. We lost everything, but then I got a job which took me to where I live now. It ended up being a great move. We found a great church, made new friends, and all this also motivated me to start blogging shortly after we moved and got stabilized. I share this in support of your point that God’s time is not necessarily our time, and we need to be patient.

Patient while waiting in the Lord. There Are so many things that I wanted to come quickly when I was younger that I am now grateful God, in his wisdom, did not give me! Or gave me at a later point in time than I would have chosen.
