Blog Background

If you’re suffering through chronic illness, or know someone who is, I’d like to offer you a hug and hope. I’ve cheated death twice. I now live better than ever, and you can too. I believe that nearly every disease is beatable.

I started this blog because I sought out stories of healing when my health started to decline following the birth of my son, Jacob, usually referred to by his nickname “Cub.” I found these stories many places and concluded what I share on my homepage, that miracles are common.

I will share the basics to get started and add to the story as the months go on. I hope that my story finds someone and sustains them as stories of healing sustained me during the darkness. Join me for a cup of tea and tenderness as I share the journey from near death back to vibrant health and how this has changed my faith, family life and diet.

Thank you for sharing!
