Cooking with Edible Flowers

Hello, tender friends!

I’m still fighting that war we Christians fight with prayer, but I’m sharing something different today. The paywall on this article I wrote is finally down-yay!

Writing about natural foods and foraging is one of my writing passions, so writing this article was fun and fulfilling. A friend even told me that I made foraging seem so simple that they’re actually going to try it this year. This made me glow! She didn’t really mean for that to be a compliment, but it was the greatest compliment I could have received.

On the negative side, I think I slightly overstated my point in the first paragraph. While I meant every word, reading it with a several month lag between turning it in and its actual publication, I wonder if I got carried away and it’s a little cringey.
